Q;) How does the process work?
A:) There are 5 steps to the spinLAB 360° Product Animation Service. It begins with your choice of packages and ends with a beautiful product animation installed on any web site platform.
1.) Choose your spin package
Client usually select one of our packages, or make a special request for movie parameters. If 50 or more products are needed, we can come to you. Orders less than 50 units should be shipped to our studio with a authorization #. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION #.
2.) spinLAB product inspection
spinLAB inspects the products for any defects and reports all findings the same day we receive shipment. It is imperative that products are inspected for flaws before they are sent to our studio. Our cameras and “zoom in” feature shows flaws. Save time and money by sending as close to perfect product samples as you can.
3.) Product Photography
After the 2 prerequisites are satisfied, spinLAB commences to take pictures of your product in accord with your selected spin package. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality photography available. At least 36 high resolution images are furnished to our clients as a byproduct of the 360 degree animation process all for no extra charge.
4.) Preliminary Review / Background Specification
After photography, the images are uploaded to a preview player. A 100% functional movie is presented, except for background removal and color correction. Clients are given the choice of black, white, or image background. We also offer a precise web site background color match. Simply put, we deliver your product animation with any background color you desire.
5.) Final 360 Degree Product Animation Presentation and Delivery
After the client has specified their desired background color, spinLAB retouches all images and delivers a finalized 360 degree movie for final review and approval.
After the image is approved, we install your product animation on your web site, as well as provide a secure web site for your partners to download your 360 degree movie for use on their web site.

A:) spinLAB prides itself on fast turn-around. We specialize in high volume orders and fast delivery. Our clients enjoy 72 hour turn-around time on 50 unit orders. 50+ unit orders will be accommodated with an individual delivery schedule- usually around 100 units per day on large orders.

Q;) Can We use spinLAB pictures for our print catalog?
A:) Yes, all pictures are 100% rights released for you to use in any environment for any size audience. You receive at least 36 high resolution Olympus™ digital images with every spinLAB package.
Q;) What are the differences between your packages?
A:) spinLAB packages differ only in the number of pictures taken per 360 degree revolution, as well as the amount of vertical angles captured during the 360 degree revolution process.
The easiest way to understand spinLAB packages is to seperate the first number from the last two in the package name.
Q;) Is my package insured?
A:) Yes, spinLAB carries specialty insurance covering liability, indemnity and general loss for a period of 30 days. It is your responsibility to provide paid shipping return services within a week of approval of the final 360 degree product animation. Products will be held for a period of 60 days. Products will be sold with all proceeds will be donated to the ASPCA after 90 days. Last year we donated over $5,000.00 to the ASPCA (under the name Shane Alderman) from the sale of abandoned products.
